We stayed in the lovely Renting - Colonna apartment in Old Town for a family vacation. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer, dishwasher, and electric oven. The host was easily accessible and provided clear instructions for check-in. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat of Nice Old Town. The apartment even had a washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise and saved me from carrying dirty laundry back home. The stovetop in the kitchen was great for cooking quick and easy meals.

Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small, but others might not mind.

Incredible location with plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants for a great breakfast. The views of the city are absolutely breathtaking and it's a fantastic setting overall. 🌆

The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The design of the apartment was nice and it had a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, which was a great plus. We also loved that there was a big Monoprix nearby, offering a nice choice of food, including delicious seafood. And if you're a fan of oysters, there's a huge Carrefour close to the railway station with amazing deals. we were incredibly satisfied with this fantastic apartment and would definitely book it again for our next trip!

Great arrival information provided, which made check-in smooth and easy. the location was very central, with easy access to restaurants and shops. - the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was a decent size with modern amenities.

The property had no mention online that it was located up 70 stairs, which was an inconvenience with mobility issues or those with heavy luggage. There were several maintenance issues, such as a bathroom door that wouldn't shut, a broken wardrobe door, and a window blind that kept falling off.

Great apartment and the location was unbeatable. We definitely want to come back here. Everything was perfect for us, couldn't find any faults with it :)))
